| Comments : | First I wish to congratulate all those involved in keeping our classical music tradition of South India. It is highly laudable effort and I extend my whole hearted support in whatever little way I can contribute. Please take a quick look. all the terminologies are originated from Samskrita alone and only samskrita. If you really want to uphold the tradition you first need to look into the correctness of the terminologies used. Take a look at the names of the talas mentioned...here without any prejudice I want to provide the correct terms....It is not Madyam
Tala...it is Matya Tala......it is not Tchampa Tala..but it is Jampa Tala......It is not Tripuda Tala....it is Thriputah tala....it is not Ada Tala....it is Atah Tala....Again...it is not Mista chappu...it is Mishra Chappu...It is not Ghanta Chappu...it is Khanda Chappu....but I could notice some of these terms have written corrdctly at the end of the article...But please correct wherever necessary. My intention is not to point at mistakes but to share information.Hope you take it in the right spirit.
